Current Transformers Label Information Guide

All Current Transformer rated input and output information can be found on the silver label of the CT. The rated input of the CT will be set as CT1 and the rated output of the CT will be set as CT2 for the Acuvim II series meter.

For RCT (Rogwski Coil) and 333mV CTs the rated output (CT2) will be fixed, meaning they will already be configured for the required output. The RCT models will have CT2 as 120/60 and the 333mV models will have CT2 as 333.

For the 5A/1A models of the Acuvim II series, CT2 can be either 5A or 1A depending on the rated output of the CT being used.

For the mA type models of the Acuvim II series, CT2 can be set for 80mA, 100mA, or 200mA depending on the rated output of the CT being used.

Example: AcuCT 0812-400:5, the primary side rating is 400A and the
secondary side rating is 5A. The CT1 setting in the meter must be configured
to 400 and the CT2 setting must be 5.

333mV

Example: AcuCT-H040-30:333, the primary side rating is 30A and the secondary rating is 333mV. The CT1 setting must be 30 and the CT2 setting must be 333.

mA

Example: AcuCT-100R-200:80mA, the primary side rating is 200A and the secondary rating is 80mA. The CT1 setting must be 200 and the CT2 setting must be 80.
