Accuenergy is a certified UL 508a panel shop that offers any customization to existing designs or provide new designs with customer-specified components, such as cellular modems, dataloggers, breakers, power supplies, or other hardware while maintaining the UL certification for the entire panel. Clean Factory Wiring
All panel shop assemblies feature reliable, factory-testing wiring connections with clear, easy-to-read labels. Frustrating wiring mistakes will be prevented, streamlining the installation process and eliminating data errors.
Components Included
From shorting blocks for current transformer inputs (9104/9104X) to fused terminal blocks for voltage connections, all components are factory-assembled, color-coded, and labeled for easy connection and rapid installation.
Pre-Cut Enclosure
Our panel shop assemblies feature two, pluggable holes that are pre-drilled into the bottom of the AcuPanel enclosure which allow for wiring to be easily routed to the circuit blocks without requiring any additional enclosure modifications.

AcuPanel 9100 Accessories
Protective Display Cover
The 96-IP66 Protective Display Cover is designed for Acuvim II, Acuvim IIBN, Acuvim L, EV300, or other 96mm by 96mm display panel meters. Crucial in harsh environments, it increases the IP environmental rating of a meter’s display to IP66 or NEMA 4X. It can be used with the AcuPanel 9104 to increase environmental rating of the enclosure from NEMA 3 to NEMA 4.

Accuenergy is able to offer any customization to existing designs or provide new designs with customer-specified components, such as cellular modems, dataloggers, breakers, power supplies, or other hardware while maintaining the UL certification for the entire panel. What kinds of custom options does Accuenergy panel shop offer?
In addition to modifying existing designs, the panel shop can create original solutions to suit nearly any customer requirement. These solutions may include custom enclosure dimensions, having multiple meters installed in a single enclosure, the addition of customer-supplied devices, extensive internal layout and device mounting options, opaque lids or removal of the swing panel (polycarbonate panels only), and other custom modifications or designs. Our panel shop will work with you on fulfilling custom requirements while maintaining all UL certifications.
How can the NEMA rating of the steel AcuPanel 9104 enclosure be increased to NEMA 4?
By adding a 96-IP66 Protective Display Cover over the display of the power meter, the rating of the panel can be increased to NEMA 4. Part 96-IP66 is compatible Acuvim II, Acuvim L, or other 96mm by 96mm display panel meters.
Do the AcuPanel 9104/9104X enclosures come pre-drilled for conduit?
AcuPanel models 9104/9104X are pre-drilled at the factory with two 11.0mm (0.44") holes to accommodate conduit fittings. The holes are typically drilled into the bottom of the enclosure and are pluggable. Contact Accuenergy if other pre-drilled holes are required.
Does the AcuPanel 9106X come pre-drilled for conduit?
In order to accommodate additional CT leads, I/O wiring, and other communications that are built into the AcuRev 2100, the AcuPanel 9106X is not pre-drilled and should be drilled by an installer on-site to ensure conduit connections are properly sized and in the correct locations.
What kinds of 3rd party devices can be added to an AcuPanel?
AcuPanel solutions can be customized to include a wide range of 3rd party devices. The most frequently-requested options include cellular modems, gateways, and power supplies, but other equipment can be added. Contact Accuenergy for advice on designing a custom panel solution.
What is the weight of the AcuPanel 9104 versus the 9104X?
The AcuPanel 9104 weighs approximately 18 lbs while the AcuPanel 9104X weighs approximately 7 lbs.
Does the AcuPanel come with mounting hardware?
Yes, all AcuPanel models are supplied with durable mounting feet for easy installation.
Can the AcuPanel 9104X or 9106X be installed in direct sunlight?
The AcuPanel can be installed in direct sunlight, however it is important to note the operating temperature for the meter and other devices installed inside the panel which may get hot after an extended period of time in the sun. Do not exceed the operating temperature of your equipment. The AcuPanel 9104X can also be ordered with an opaque (solid) cover for additional protection against direct sunlight/UV which will help increase the lifespan of the meter's display.
